Minolta Dimage E323 3.2MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom

Interested in large prints? If so, then the DiMAGE E323 is your “smart” choice. It not only captures detail-rich 3.2 megapixel images, but also knows how to expand shots to the stunning equivalent of 6 megapixels. Through a process called pixel interpolation, you’ll get the data needed for prints larger than A3-size (297 mm x 420 mm / 11.7 inches x 16.5 inches, 150dpi). And whatever the image size, Minolta expertise ensures sharp, clear colors. Thanks to a wide 12x zoom range, you can frame your shots as you like with a variety of scenes. 3x optical zoom brings a far-off subject within reach, and when that’s not enough 4x digital zoom puts you even closer. The macro setting is great for shooting small subjects, such as flowers or miniatures. It creates the type of shot where your subject stands out in sharp detail against a soft, unfocused background.Superb shots without a fuss are what the DiMAGE E323 delivers. When you’re ready to shoot, it handles various factors for you. Focusing, exposure, white balance, and flash are adjusted automatically.

Point & Shoot Camera for my Photographer fiancée?

Dearest knowledgeable photographers of YahooLand,

I’m looking to buy a good point & shoot camera for my fiancée as a wedding gift.

In passing, she has mentioned loving the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX35. However, the recent Nikon marketing campaign has her (and now me) rethinking.

My question to you: How does the Panasonic compare to the Nikon point & shoots out there? I’m looking to spend no more than 0 all told if at all possible (getting married = expensive!)

Thanks!

What's a good digital Point & Shoot camera?

I have found the Kodak DX7630 and Panasonic LC-5 to be very acceptable for the money. Any other very affordable older cameras that do just fine?

What is a good point and shoot type camera for around 0?

I’m look to buy a camera for my best friend’s birthday and a camera was one of the things she is looking for so I was wondering what a good point and shoot camera was.

Requirements:
NOT pink
Fairly large screen
Not too bulky

Also, for those of you who don’t know what "point and shoot" means, it means that all you do is point the camera at your subject and shoot the picture, no real manual adjustments like the professional cameras.

Can I bring a point&shoot camera and/or dSLR to the Staples Center?

I’m taking my family to a Lakers game in January as a gift, and I was hoping I could bring a camera. Is this allowed? I know flash photography isn’t allowed, but does that mean I can’t even bring a camera in if I don’t use the flash setting? Also, if I happen to bring a camera with me, then will they make me walk out to the car and put it away? Thanks!

What point & shoot camera has a wide angle lens and manual aperture/shutter priority modes?

A good camera, I prefer Canon.. I want a point and shoot digital where I have MANUAL (not AUTO) Shutter/Aperture-Priority control and a relatively wide angle lens (25-28 mm). Any Canons like this?
