where can I find a 35mm SLR film camera?

I need one for my photo journalism class at school so I need a fine quality reasonably priced camera. It NEEDS to be a 35mm SLR FILM camera OR I need to be able to set the f-stop and shutter speed.
If you know where I can purchase one for a reasonable price it’d be great if you let me know.

By reasonable price I mean probably no more than 200. :)
